Post Doctorate Researcher with the Institute of Geophysics and Planetary Physics (Space Science Center), at UCLA. Focusing on plasma waves, magnetic field models, and electric current systems, Jörg Warnecke is involved in the scientific analysis of the magnetic field data gathered by the Galileo spacecraft at its encounters with Jupiter's moons Io and Ganymede.
