Subset of the Pioneer Venus Orbiter (PVO) Electron
Temperature Probe (OETP) Processed Datasets formed by the first 2500 orbits of
the mission (1978-12-05 to 1985-10-09). This volume contains 5 datasets:
1) High resolution electron density, 2) Low resolution electron density,
temperature, and S/C potential, 3) Bow shock crossing location, 4) Ionopause
crossing location, and 5) Solar EUV daily averages. The volume also contains
documentation and index files to support access and use of the data.
